📍   Hey there. Welcome back to Blueprint to Breakthroughs Moneymaker Monday episode. I'm Sarah Beth, and we are officially in week eight. Let me stop for just a second because I need you to hear me when I say this. Look at how far you've come. Take a second. Really sit with that. You are approaching eight weeks in eight weeks of showing up.

Eight weeks of putting in the work. Eight weeks of learning the strategies that separate successful businesses from the ones that never make it past the starting line. This is the halfway mark, and right here, right now, you have a decision to make. Are you gonna coast through the rest of this program?

Are you gonna double down, refine, and start truly stepping into the role of A CEO? Because no matter where you are in your journey right now. You are here to be a CEO.  You aren't here to be the person at the low end of the totem pole who's barely scraping by, who doesn't really know what to do next, because what you get out of this isn't up to me.

It's up to you. Before we move any forward in this week's episode, I wanna take a minute to celebrate everything that you've built to this point. These are the benchmarks of your growth so far here at Blueprint to Breakthrough, and they're the foundation for where we go next. So, it's important that we take a minute to check in with each other.

We started this program by building value with your audience. Some of you shifted your messaging to storytelling, showing why your service or product is needed instead of just listing out features. Others of you started polls q and as and engagement strategies that are creating actual conversations in your community.

You've changed up the way you're posting, you've gotten your mind right about building the actual value of your brand with your audience.  In week two, we launched your digital product suite. We built monetizable offers, not just one random thing, but an actual ecosystem of offers that work together.

Some of you launched your very first online course. Some of you launched your very first digital download. Others of you have packaged your expertise into a membership, a mentor support system, or a high-ticket coaching program.  And I'm so proud to see where all of you have gone, where you have taken what you've got in front of you.

In week three, it was all about engagement and community building via social media. We stopped treating social media like a megaphone and started using it as a conversation tool. We focused on real engagement, not just posting and ghosting. You learned how to sell in the DMS just a couple days ago.

Without being pushy, and some of you already landed new clients just from tweaking your approach. We worked on leadership branding and PR strategies. In fact, we developed a whole PR strategy and simplified process for you to get the ball rolling for you to get the credibility opportunities in front of you.

You have been refining your branding position and stepping into thought leadership. And bringing that right into your space. And some of you landed your first PR feature. Yes. One of you actually in this group, two of you are being interviewed on a podcast and one of you has a guest spot on a panel.

We tackled the power of credibility building, so now your audience can start seeing you as an authority. We worked on trademarks and protecting your brand. This was a huge milestone for many of you, understanding the importance of trademarking, protecting your assets, and making sure your intellectual property is secure.

We talked about our LinkedIn profile, optimizing that, and understanding the value of a community in the business world. We took LinkedIn from being a boring resume holder to an actual lead generating platform. Your profiles are now optimized. You understand the power of consistent authority driven content, and most importantly, you started connecting strategically.

My favorite thing so far is how we have gotten our minds right so that we understand how our social media strategy directly correlates to our ability to sell in the dms. You are now not fearing. You have stopped fearing the dms and you've learned how to sell with confidence. You now have scripts and strategies that feel natural.

You understand relationship driven sales instead of just spamming links. And now we're on to SEO. Why now? Because what's the point of having a great offer, great branding, and great content if no one can find it.  Now is the time to make sure that your website, your content, and your social media platforms work for you 24 7.

This week's focus is SEO and getting found. Let's get real for a minute. You can have the best brand, the best content, the best services, but if you are not visible, it doesn't matter.  SEO stands for search engine optimization. It's what makes sure when people are looking for what you offer, they find you instead of your competitors.

There are three things that we're gonna work on this week. One is website optimization, speed, mobile friendliness, and key SEO placements.  We're gonna talk about keyword strategy using tools like Uber. Suggest and answer the public to refine your content. We're gonna talk about content.

SEO, ensuring every post podcast or blog is search friendly. I'm talking about these things because you are probably not thinking of them. There's a couple things you might not know. There's something called a Google spider.

Something technology driven that actually swarms your site, that goes through your site and keeps going and keeps going and keeps going when your website pages meet a certain criteria. So, for example, every page on your website. Should have a thousand words, a thousand words, anything less than a thousand words, and the spider doesn't feel like whatever that page is is actually relevant, so it moves along.

Every page of your website should have links to three other pages on it so that the spider knows where to go next. On your site, when you record a podcast, you should actually work on crafting a script or an outline. Where you're saying specific words that you want to be SEO optimized for, so that when the spider is crawling the podcasts, it can actually see in your organic transcript that you have all the content there where it would wanna push that out to something that someone's looking for.

Keyword strategy is huge, and Uber suggest is a fabulous tool that you can actually use on your competitor's websites to learn what's working for them so that you can put that on your website. You see something that I heard in the book that we're listening to the Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins is that everybody's already had these businesses.

Right. We've all been entrepreneurs and someone came before us that had a business either similar or was just like the business that we have, and so those that came before us paved away. We have to learn to learn from them. So how do we learn from them? We take the tools that exist online, and we use them to our advantage.

Anyone else can do the same thing to us. And the race of entrepreneurship is always running, so how are you getting a competitive advantage if you don't know some of these tools? Speaking of the book, the Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins, we are collectively listening to this book, and I need you to understand how powerful it is.

If you haven't caught up yet, now is the time on your walk, on your way to work. While you're working out, press play. If you haven't downloaded the audio book. Or you're having trouble downloading it, reach out to me. I'm happy to help you get that going. It's a really easy listen and I know that you can get through it quickly.

Mel talks about let them as a philosophy of letting go of what you can't control and focusing on what you can do. Over this last week, I've had a lot of hardships and a lot of really amazing wins.  And some of my hardships are areas that I've made mistakes I didn't even know I was gonna make. And one of you or two of you listening to this very episode are gonna listen to this part and you're gonna be like, yeah, that was me.

I recorded a podcast series for one of our members here in Blueprint to Breakthrough, and somehow, some way the audio is completely distorted and non-existent in two of the episodes.  It's just not there. I don't know what happened. I did all the right check marks. Things happen. They're out of our control.

We can't do anything about it, and I even had a backup, and that backup didn't retain the audio, and you better believe that I spent the weekend researching other products that I could use so that that never happens again. You see, if we don't have the unexpected happen, we can't catapult ourselves into something better.

We don't know what areas we lack in until we actually meet them face to face. Did I mean for that to happen? No. Was it humiliating to have to send that message that that happened? Yeah. You better believe it, but I can't control it. What I can control is how I choose to move forward. So, we're gonna rerecord and we're gonna get it done, and we're gonna get even more episodes recorded, and I'm gonna have all the backups and all the things to protect both my integrity and the recorded voices of my clients, and we're gonna get through it.

I've had a few reflection questions that I've written down from the book. Parts that I've gotten through while listening, and you might not have gotten here yet, but I want to have them for you so that when you do get to them, you know what I'm talking about. One is what are you holding onto that isn't yours to control?

What is it? Where are you wasting your energy? Trying to change someone else's opinion instead of focusing on your own growth? Are you letting outside noise dictate your path instead of stepping fully into your role as a CEO? The mindset shift that you can take right here is critical because SEO requires patience.

Consistency and control over what you create and if you are still battling imposter syndrome, self-doubt, or waiting for permission to show up bigger. That stops today. This is your business, your brand, and it is time for you to be seen.

This week as you step even more into your CEO role, I want you to understand just a few more things. One, I can't make you take action. Two, I can't force you to apply anything that you learn here in blueprint to breakthrough to your business or to your life. All I can do is give you the roadmap. It is up to you whether or not you follow it.

So, this week's action steps will be for you to optimize your website, meeting with your accountability partner to review each other's SEO, progress and lastly, refining your LinkedIn strategy. Your audience is looking for leaders, not followers. Your success is inevitable if you decide to do the work.

So, what's it going to be? Are you ready to be seen

along with this episode of Moneymaker Monday? I'll be including a link with all of the websites and the steps that you need to be successful in. In updating your website, you'll also see that there is a video guiding you through of exactly what to look for on your website.

I'm not gonna give you too much to look at this week, but I want you to take a look at some of these resources cause I think it will change everything for you. If you just sat down and thought about your social media for a minute. Take the time to listen to this episode. Take the time to watch the video and download the attachment.

These instructions, they are going to be key to you preparing for our final sales week training that we have next week. This week we don't meet live, but that doesn't mean it's an off week. That means we get to work on the things we need to catch up on, like listening to the audio book, getting our steps completed, getting the digital product out, if you don't have it yet, reworking our thought process so we can sell in the dms and create conversations.

The link to last week's training was sent out via email. You can check the show notes today in this episode, and you'll also see that linked below. This is your opportunity to show yourself all the commitments that you made to yourself when you first joined this program.

Let's end our halfway point. Totally caught up, ready to go and on 📍 fire for what is to come next week.

Let's get to work.
