  📍   Welcome back to another Money Maker Monday. I don't say another lightly. I wanna thank you for coming back every single week. It takes time and intentionality to focus on you, your business, your mindset, the things that you need to get yourself to the next level. And we're almost 75% of the way through this program.

In fact, at the end of this week, that's right where you'll be. And I know how easy it is as an entrepreneur to get stuck in the blueprint phase, to not know where to go next, to feel like you're circling the same ideas without actually breaking through. And today that stops. In this episode, we're talking about your mindset, where you are right now, and what you are taking away from being in this program. 

Today. I'm gonna talk about the importance of the way that you show up. Because how you do one thing is how you do everything.  Your commitment to this program, your commitment to you, how you lead in this space, how you engage with your growth, all reflect how you show up in other areas of your life and your business.

And so before we get into all of that. I wanna take a moment to pause, to just breathe, to reflect, to look at how far you've actually come. And if you don't immediately recognize your progress, go back through what you've learned here. Think about your aha moments, the breakthroughs you've had along the way.

There have been so many, the strategies you implemented, the ways you've grown, not just in your business but personally. The way you've connected with other people that you didn't even know you needed to connect with. The friends you're now cheering on online, the profiles you've beefed up and made better, the sales tips you've learned, the SOPs you've created, we've built those together and those are what are meant for your business growth.

You've been creating and refining your processes, developing digital products, and moving from just having a dream in Q4 of 2024 to now stepping into 2025 with wisdom, confidence, and new connections. People you just didn't even know you needed, and they're now in your corner. And that's because of Blueprint to Breakthrough

you've been putting in the work. To record and produce content for your podcast, and it doesn't go unnoticed. And maybe you're somebody that hasn't started your podcast yet, but you wanna get out there talking. You've learned a lot from Blueprint to Breakthrough to get you to that place. Today we're gonna talk SEO and search engine optimization.

That isn't just for websites, it's how your podcast gets discovered, and without it, you're speaking into the void. So I'm going to actually train you this week on how to edit podcasts and how to focus on three key areas when you are actually editing those podcasts and getting it out there and uploading it with a description.

We're gonna talk about your title optimization, what you name your episode, and why it makes a difference. Show notes and descriptions, key words that help your podcast rank and search results. File naming and tagging small details that actually matter for discoverability. You're gonna learn this week how to edit a podcast into script.

Descrip is the tool that makes podcast editing really simple and really efficient, instead of spending hours manually, editing script allows you to edit video and audio like a text document. So if editing sounds like something that might be overwhelming or has been overwhelming for you in the past, this is the moment that we're actually gonna change all of that.

And so this is actually a great way that not only you can edit podcasts, but let's say you wanna create reels for social media, or you wanna create other video content to use in other places. You're gonna learn how to import audio and video, auto transcribe content.  You'll learn to edit by cutting filler words and background noise, adding music, sound effects, exporting, polished professional episodes, so many things.

I've got an entire list and a beautiful training  that will be released today. As we near the final stretch of this program, we've gotta get back to the foundations for just a little bit because we built so many in the beginning. Your standard operating procedures or SOPs that we've talked about quite a bit, they were created to help your business function at such a higher level.

But now with everything you've learned, we need to refine them just a little bit and improve them even more with all of the new skill sets that you've obtained. The Financial Clarity workbook from last week is another tool that should not be ignored. Having a clear financial structure, make sure that your podcasts, your businesses, your personal growth, all of that is sustainable and scalable because the work you've done here isn't just about creativity and making something new.

It's about making sure that your work actually pays off for you and that you're building a system that supports long-term success. This is also a moment to break out of the space that you're currently in and fully step into execution mode. The difference between those who stay stuck in the planning phase and those who break through is that one of those people takes action.

When it comes to uploading your podcast, I don't want you to rush through any of this because this is what's going to get you discovered. And you may be thinking, well, I'm just starting out. I don't need to really worry about getting discovered yet but actually the contrary is true.

We want people to find you. Not just your friends that know you and see you and interact with you on a daily basis, but their friends and friends you didn't even know you wanted listening, because you never know how far you can reach. And the mindset of, I'm so small, I'm just starting out. It doesn't matter quite yet. 

That's what made me not even move forward, starting a podcast for three years. So as you go through the training, you're gonna learn things like tags, categories, website, embedding episode descriptions, titles, all that good stuff.

Something I want you to hear from me today is that your blueprint is a starting point. The breakthrough happens when you take action, when you set your systems in place and you operate at a next level. If you feel like right now at week 11 that you're stuck, or maybe things aren't moving exactly as you wanted them, or maybe you're just wishing you had a little bit more of something to get you to the next level.

I want you just to answer one question for me. What patterns are keeping you right here? What patterns. Success isn't just strategy. It's not just what do I do next? Or what's the step that follows the process that gets me the results. It's not just this bullet pointed list that all of a sudden now you have success.

 Success is about having the mindset to receive what is meant for you. So what limiting beliefs are you holding onto?  What are you doing repeatedly that isn't serving you? Sometimes that means watching the wrong people online. Sometimes that means paying too close attention to stories or people in a circle that you really don't wanna have in your circle and that need to exit.

Sometimes it's realizing that you have people in your circle that aren't serving you. Sometimes it's realizing that some people in your circle really are serving you and that you need to receive what they're sharing with you because it will change everything  about your trajectory. What are you repeatedly doing that isn't serving you?

In my opinion, growth isn't just possible. It's not just gonna happen. I believe it's inevitable when you actually allow it to come into your world. You see, you have to make space for the success that you want by releasing the old ways of thinking that have kept you stuck.  You're already on the path.

Keep going. You can't give up now, you can't stop just 'cause this week was really busy last week. I had a hard week actually for the last couple weeks. I've had a hard week. I keep ending the week saying, wow, that was a really hard week. And then today as I started my workday, I just sat in gratitude for the hard and the good, and the calm and the busy, and the fast and the slow, because it seems to me that every time it's one I want the other.

And every time it's the other. I want the one. And so it's like I can't keep making up my mind the right way. My old patterns of thinking just keep coming back, but I'm already on the path. I gotta keep going. That's what I want you thinking about. I want you thinking about what are the things that are taking you from where you are meant to be  and keeping you right here.

Every week you have an opportunity to submit your wins and goals. What has that meant for you? I wanna give you an example of why it is so powerful. This past week, I wrote down all of my goals, everything that I had, and I didn't write it down as I'm going to accomplish this by this. Instead, I took the approach of writing down every single thing.

That I receive because it's meant for me and writing down that no one can take what's meant for me. No one can, because it's meant for me. It's not meant for someone else.  And I wrote down a few key things. The first thing I wrote down was that I would add $10,000 in revenue to my business and five new clients, and that I would continue to provide new jobs for employees that needed jobs that I would be fair.

Just kind. I would take on leadership moments that I normally would let my team just handle, but I would take them to show the way to go. The way to know the way, so that they could see the way to be excellent, not just me sitting here waiting for them to screw up so that I would then coach them differently.

I wrote down two and a half pages of things that I believed were meant for me. Some of them were hard things that were meant for me.  I. Some of them were great things that were meant for me.  Some of them might have seemed farfetched to the average person. Like, wow, you really believe that's meant for you?

Yeah, I really do. I really do. And then Monday came and I recited some of those intentions, those beliefs, those goals in our chat. And then two hours later I had a call. With someone that I didn't realize was on my schedule and through that call, that person let me know that they wanted to create a nationwide partnership with me where when they didn't have staffing to place in specific practices, that they would have a partnership with me where I could provide them virtually. 

This was a brand new sector of their business, but they found me through my podcast. They've been a listener for a while, and they love what I represent,  and they wanna be able to coach people that get job placement through them so that they have their fundamentals and their philosophies, and they wanted me to take on all of that so that they could actually have.

People out in the workforce that aligned with their goals, their visions, their values, so that they could make more people pleased when they placed people in their businesses. And I thought, wow, this was the $10,000 that I hoped for. This was the five clients I had hoped for. It was more than five clients because placements, that's so many.

I mean, they are literally in every state in the United States, this job placement company. And it was incredible. Like what an opportunity. I could have never imagined that that would happen. And so I thought that that was everything I had written down and I was like, wow, that worked really fast. I had no idea that that was gonna come to me like that.

And so then I. Went back and I was working and then I had a few more calls, and I get a message from one of my team members that we have two clients who are so grateful that they work for us or that they work with us rather, and they are wanting to expand the service set that we offer.

And that expansion with these two locations would include increasing our revenue by about $7,000. And it was two clients. And so I'm like, well, maybe, maybe the thing that happened yesterday was just something different and maybe the 10,000 and the five clients starts here. And so I was like, wow, that, that's like so amazing.

Like, holy cow, like no one can stop what's meant for me. I only have 3000 more to go for this week and I have just three more clients. Like, I can do this. I got this. Like, let's go, let's go, let's go. Then I get a message from one of my team members whose sister works for this group that's out of Colorado. 

And in this group they have five locations. She didn't tell me they had five locations at the beginning. And so I'm kind of giving you a spoiler alert here, but she tells me that they want support and based on what they need, how much would it be? And I said it would be $2,000 a month for that location.

And she said, well, they have five. So they're gonna do services with my one company and it's $10,000 a month and it's five locations. And so all this time that I was having these conversations thinking, wow, I really nailed it on the head. I really, really figured it out. I manifested this, I called it into my life.

I received what was already meant for me, and here it is, and why don't I just do this more? All those times I thought that I was actually wrong until I got to the right one. Where I actually am receiving what's meant for me. You see, there is a power in believing and trusting that you were called to be right here. 

There is a power in believing and trusting that you were meant for this and made for this, and that you are the only one that can service the people that come to you. The only one, no one else has it equipped within them. And so I'm gonna challenge you as we close out this episode, to change your mindset, change where you are.

This week you're gonna learn new things, a lot about SEO, a lot about podcasting, video editing, things that will truly help you grow and become better  and more highly qualified to share content, share what you do, upload podcasts, understand editing in a simplistic way to make your life easier and not so hard, and not have to consume so much of your time doing it.

But more than that, all of those skill sets, they're not going to matter unless you believe in yourself.  And today, I believe in you. I believe that you are called to be right here, to listen to these very words, to hone in on who you really are, to let go of the intrinsic thoughts, the things that are stopping you from launching.

The old patterns that are keeping you right here, the ones that make you spiral for no reason. You don't have to live there anymore. You don't. I want you to keep showing up for you.
