Welcome to your week 12 Moneymaker. Monday inside of our Blueprint to Breakthrough program, we are rounding the corner, and I want you to feel that four weeks to go, and you're still here. You're still showing up. You're still checking in every single Monday. This is our 13th moneymaker Monday. So for 13 weeks, you have committed to yourself every Monday showing up.

Starting your week off, right? That means something. You've spent the last 11 weeks doing deep, meaningful work. Some of it exciting, some of it boring, some of it uncomfortable, but all of it valuable to your future self. And today I wanna talk to the part of you that might be tired, maybe even a little unsure, maybe like, wait, what do I do with all this information now?

Because building a business isn't just about strategy. It's about stamina and grit. It's about mindset.  This week's episode is a turning point. We are shifting into a conversation that isn't just about doing, it's about leading. You've been building the foundation.  Now we start laying the bricks for your future.

It's time to walk like the business owner you're becoming.  Today's topic is teamwork that works. Building systems for collaboration. It's not just another checkbox for you. This is about building a business that feels good to run.  It's about sustainability, it's about ease. It's about finally being able to breathe a little.

I know how heavy it can feel when you're carrying all the pieces. I've done it. I've tried to do it all actually juggling everything and still showing up like it's easy. And I can tell you from experience that it's not sustainable.  That moment when I let people help me. When I finally built systems that allowed others to step in, that's when I start scaling in a way that doesn't burn me out.

So this week we're learning how to build the back end of your dream, because if your systems are shaky, your growth will be too. And even if you are a solopreneur one day, you're going to need employees. You are not immortal. There will need to be a plan in place. So everything you hear in this episode is relevant for you.

Let's start with your people, your team, or the people that maybe you want to be your team. A lot of us hire help and expect magic, but the truth is. Your team can't carry what you haven't spoken clearly. If they're guessing what you want, they're going to miss. And not because they're bad, but because they aren't you.

That's not a flaw. That's reality. What your business need isn't just helpers. It needs vision carriers. People who understand what you're building and what you are equipping them to help you with  that equipping. It starts with you, what you are equipping them to help you with.

So your first action step for this week, grab a pen and paper, grab your cell phone, write this down. I want you to identify one person, current or future. Make them up if you want. Who could support your vision. Write down exactly what this person would need to know to do it really well. Be specific. That clarity is a gift to both of you.

You've now made a decision.  Now, this might evolve over time, but we're starting here.  Next, let's talk systems.  It's not really the sexy stuff. But it's the stuff that actually keeps your business alive.  You don't need to overthink it. A workflow doesn't have to be fancy. It just has to be functional. Think of it like giving your team GPS directions instead of yelling out turns as they drive.

These are your SOPs, your workflow builders, your systems,  your SOP can be anything. You've started these in the beginning of blueprint to breakthrough. You can share this document with someone else.  You can have a weekly email, whatever works for your style and your people. The key is consistency. Your brain shouldn't be the only place that holds all the processes.

So your second action step for this week is that I want you to choose one area. Maybe it's client onboarding, podcast production, how you assign tasks, document the process. Go back to your SOPs that you started when we first began. Read through them. How have they now evolved to what you're doing now?

Share this with someone. Choose your accountability partner. Watch what happens when they read it. Do they get the vision? Do they see how your business will start to run smoother without your constant input? Will it be really clear what happens next?

This next part is where we're really gonna shift because you're not just a creative being. You are not just an entrepreneur. You are the CEO of what you are building, and it's time you start acting like it. I know that voice in your head. It says something like, it's easier if I just do it myself. It might feel easier in the moment, but it's actually holding you back.

It's keeping you stuck in doing instead of leading.  Being a CEO doesn't mean that you're distant. It means that you're wise with your energy. It means you delegate, you trust, you let go of small things so you can focus on the big picture.  That's the work now.   So your third action step is to make a list of three tasks that you are doing that you don't really need to be doing.

Maybe you're overthinking something.  Circle one of them  this week. I want you to dismiss it, pass it off, give it away.  It's gonna stretch you, but that's the point. You cannot do everything, even if there's only one of you right now. That thing you're obsessing over is crippling you.

We're gonna have a few different focus points as you work through this week of Blueprint to breakthrough.  This week we're gonna have a few weekly goals and a little bit of homework. I've given you three action steps already, but we're gonna take everything that you've been building and we're gonna put it into motion.

So you're gonna have four weekly tasks that I want you to write down. First, implement one new system that supports collaboration or smoother communication.  Two. Delegate one task, something that you're ready to stop carrying alone. If you're a solopreneur, this could be something you now can automate.  Go back to your SOPs.

That's number three, your standard operating procedures.  I want you to look for some sort of task in your business that you keep doing all the time. How could you make this simpler? How could you pass this along to somebody else? Get a virtual assistant, something along those lines. It's what could you do differently  if you gave that away?

How much time would you free up?  If you're thinking, um, that takes me 10 minutes a day, I can do it. Okay? And 10 minutes a day for five days is almost a full hour. What could you do in an hour that could mean more for your business?  If you're podcasting, I want you to organize your outreach, your editing, and your posting schedule into a workflow.

I want you to figure out what that looks like. Only you know how you want it to go. I'm merely giving you the tools to put it into place.  This week we're gonna have some mindset work. I want you to write down the lie that keeps you from fully leading. Then write down the truth underneath it, and I want you to read it out loud every day this week.

If you're an accountability partner listening to this episode.  I want you to have three questions in your tool belt that you can use with the mentee that you are partnered with.  I want you to ask them these three questions at the end of their week. So wait all the way till Friday, maybe even Thursday.

What system did you create? What did you delegate? What did stepping into leadership really feel like for you this week?  There's no right answer or wrong answer. These are thought questions, things to help you carry them through  to be their very best self.  You see, every week here at Blueprint, we've been focusing on building the foundation of these businesses, the foundation that will carry everyone through once the program is closed.

Everyone's involvement is at their own pace. What you want from it,  you have to show up for  what you take from it is how you've been present. Where are you, how can you get the most out of this program? Is it going back to Money Moneymaker Monday episodes and listening to all the lessons and the things that we've learned?

Is that watching the links to the videos that were in the email recap. Is it sending in your weekly wins and goals? What does it look like for you?  You've got four weeks left in this program. Four weeks to tighten up, show up, grow forward,  and I wanna remind you, it isn't about you finding some sort of ultimate perfection at the end.

There isn't some grandiose thing that's just going to happen that's gonna result in, holy cow, that was it.  This program is about ownership. It's about walking in every single thing that you've learned and letting it change how you run your business, how you run your leadership, how you operate from a place of calling.

The work you've done so far is laying the very foundation that you can actually stand on. Now it's time to move. Now it's time to trust yourself. Now it's time to build something that doesn't fall apart Every time. Life gets hard.

You weren't made to carry all of it. You were made to lead all of it really well.  You're not behind, you're not broken. You're not missing anything. You are right on time. Let's walk into these next four weeks, like the powerful entrepreneur that you have become.  And take this blueprint all the way through to breakthrough.

Thank you for joining me on this week's  Moneymaker Monday.  I'll catch you guys on the next episode.
